| toxicity | acute oral LD50 in rats is 5800mg/kg, while that in mice is 3700mg/kg. The acute percutaneous LD50 was 3200mg/kg in mice and more than 2000mg/kg in rabbits. Rats were fed with 5000mg/kg diet for 3 months without adverse effects. No teratogenic, carcinogenic and mutagenic phenomena were found under the experimental conditions. No irritation to the skin. The LC50 for rainbow trout was 428mg/L (96h). |

| Production method | Diethylphosphite is reacted with ammonia to prepare ammonium salt, and then aluminum sulfate is metathesis to obtain ethylphosphorous aluminum. The purity of the obtained original drug can reach above 90%. Raw material consumption quota: 1150kg/t diethylphosphite, 940kg/t concentrated ammonia water and 998kg/t solid aluminum sulfate. Phosphorus trichloride and ethanol remove hydrogen chloride in the presence of a small amount of water to generate diethylphosphite and a small amount of monoethylphospheneate; under the action of a slight excess of ammonia or sodium hydroxide, it generates monoethylphosphonic ammonium (or sodium); then reacts with a slight excess of aluminum sulfate to produce aluminum triethylphosphonate. |
